Write & Wander II — Writing as a Way of Seeing

This workshop is for anyone who wants to live more creatively, not just write more often. Through short, playful exercises, we’ll use writing to sharpen attention, spark imagination, and rediscover curiosity about daily life.

You’ll explore how your experiences - across languages, places, and cultures - can become raw material for creative energy and personal insight. Whether you’re new to writing, returning after a break, or just craving a few hours of creative flow, this session is for you. No writing experience needed — just openness and a pen.

What we’ll do:

- Playful, sensory writing prompts to help you notice and express details of everyday life.

- Reflections and discussions on how creativity connects to attention, identity, and language.

- Group sharing (optional) with supportive feedback, focused on noticing what works rather than critique.

- Simple practices to bring a sense of creativity and presence into your daily routine.

What you’ll leave with:

- Several new pieces of writing you began in class.

- A renewed sense of creativity.

- Simple practices to keep it alive in your everyday life.

- The experience of sharing in a low-pressure, encouraging setting.

This is not a critique workshop for polished work—it’s about experimenting, taking risks, and discovering what’s possible on the page. You don’t need to have any experience to join—just a willingness to try.
