Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participants

The following apply once the EU Right of Withdrawal has ended (see below).

Up to 10 days before the workshop:
You may cancel your booking and receive a partial refund. We will deduct a processing fee from your refund.

3 to 10 days before the workshop:
If you cancel during this period, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking fee, minus a processing fee.​

​

Less than 3 days before the workshop:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop.

Cancellation by Organizer

If we need to cancel a workshop (for example, due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a partial refund after deducting any processing fees. Alternatively, you may choose to use the remaining amount as a credit for a future workshop.

Missed Workshops

We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed workshop sessions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at hello@meenaa.app with your booking details. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

​Right of Withdrawal

As per EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your booking within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the workshop has not yet taken place. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email.
