Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for art workshops organized by Meenaa in Berlin.

Booking and Payment

A binding contract is concluded when you complete the booking process on our website. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days without giving any reason, as per EU consumer law. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@meenaa.app

Missed Classes

No credits or refunds for missed workshop days.

Workshop Cancellation By Organizer

If we cancel a workshop (for example, due to low enrollment), you will receive a partial refund after deducting any processing fees. Alternatively, you can choose to use the remaining amount as a credit for a future workshop.

Liability

We are not liable for personal injuries or loss of property during the workshops, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Applicable Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
